SHIPPING

We are only shipping within the US at the moment. Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $100 are eligible for FREE shipping within the continental US.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Please double check your email and shipping address when placing an order. If a package gets returned to us due to an incorrect address you must pay a new shipping fee in order for the order to be resend. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you received an email saying your order was delivered but are unable to locate it please contact the carrier that delivered the order for additional assistance.


RETURN POLICY

Flos Beauty LLC does not offer refunds, exchange, or returns of any kind at this time.

We pack each order carefully, however accidents do happen. In the event that your order
arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@flosbeauty.co with your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We will send out a replacement.

 

CANCELLATION

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.
